This is my first gif ever.  It is in 3D and looks pretty neat if you have on some 3D glasses.

Jeff Baij

After reading some of Jeff Baij’s comments and viewing his pieces on his website, he seems like a pretty different guy who doesn’t really give a fuck about what anyone thinks. That being said, I personally don’t get much emotion or response from his work.  Some of his digital designs are interesting to look at, but others, such as his text designs, I really don’t care for. Maybe I don’t get his art, but, to me, it looks a lot like the things reblogged on tumblr.  He posts a lot of gifs so you can see images transform or move.

Here is an example of his work: (if you click on it, it moves)

Noah Scalin is known for his skull-a-day blog.  I took a quick look through it and I was so impressed.  How can he think of so many different ideas and ways to create these awesome figures?  Anyways, he seems like a really cool guy and I would suggest checking out his blog.  He has some cool videos posted that I’m a fan of. Some of his work includes sculptures, food, ceramics, digital art, and even things you wouldn’t imagine.

Here are a few I liked:

probably the best protoshop art ever.
